Data and Engagement Services

⁠⁠⁠The Buyer is seeking a Seller to deliver data and engagement services to support its stakeholder engagement and digital service delivery functions as part of its website ecosystem.

The Seller must:

• Provide access to a platform that enables the Buyer to plan, deliver and manage community of interest processes under the Energy Industry Jobs Plan, as well as broader stakeholder engagement activities, including consultations surveys, media releases and stakeholder relationship management.
• Provide implementation, configuration and onboarding services.
• Ensure minimal disruption to existing services and continuity of data access.
• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance and system updates.

The platform provided by the Seller must:

• Provide tools to design, publish and manage consultations, surveys and engagement activities.
• Enable segmentation and management of stakeholder group and Community of Interest cohorts.
• Host all data onshore within Australia to ensure data soverignty.
• Comply with applicable Government security requirements and standards.
• Integrate with the Buyer's existing website and digital systems.

The platform should provide the Buyer with a consolidated, secure and efficient solution to manage stakeholder engagement activities and improve data driven decision making.
