Supply of Fire Compliance Services to RVC Buildings & Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of Fire Compliance Service for specified Council Offices and Buildings for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for up to one (1) year, or part thereof, subject to satisfactory performance. The total term of the contract shall not exceed four (4) years.

Council maintains a substantial number of diverse buildings & facilities that require Fire Compliance Service to Council’s standards and satisfaction. The range of buildings currently includes but not limited to:

• Offices and Administration buildings
• Libraries
• Community Centres
• Community Halls
• Works Depots
• Depot Plant
• Swimming Pool Buildings
• Rural Fire Control Centres

Each building and facility have different service requirements which are outlined in the service specifications which forms part of this Request for Tender.
