Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) requires the demolition, construction and renovation and associated landscaping works of the existing amphitheatre area at Duggan Park located at 47317R Jackadder Avenue, Hammond Park WA 6164.
All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, this Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.
The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service.
The Contractor will be required to provide all supervision, labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the Contract.
The Principal’s expectation is that the works will be completed within fifteen (15) weeks from commencement of the works; the Contract is expected to commence in late May 2026.
