⁠⁠⁠The objectives of this engagement are to:

• Assess the current print environment to establish cost, utilisation, and risk baseline.

• Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce, standardise, and consolidate the fleet while maintaining (or improving) user experience and print availability including follow me printing options.

• Support sustainability through reduced waste and energy efficient devices.

• Transition to the approved future-state fleet and decommission redundant assets.

• Provide ongoing supply, lifecycle management, and proactive support of the optimised device fleet.

NOTE: There is a mandatory in person site visit set for 21st April 2026, to submit a response to this tender you must attend the site visit.
