Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.

Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the development of a nature turf soccer pitch, including associated and irrigation works.
The scope of works for this contract includes but is not limited to the following:
- Excavation
- Drainage and Irrigation development
- Construction of a new pitch including turf
- Supply and Installation of fencing and coaches boxes with synthetic turf
- Installation of new sports lights to meet FIFA sports lighting standards (poles and luminaires to be supplied by Kingston Council)
- Construction of path networks
- Other works as detailed in the design and tender specification
- 3-month maintenance period, to ensure turf establishment
