Supply & Install Automatic Gates – Narembeen and Coolgardie Police Stations

⁠⁠⁠The Western Australia Police Force (The Customer) is seeking offers for the supply and installation of automatic gates at the Narembeen Police Station and the Coolgardie Police Station as described in this Request.

Each site is to remain operational for the duration of the works, and a suitable plan outlining site boundary, signage, location of site office and consideration for pedestrian and vehicular movements (including deliveries) are to be planned out to allow continuity of occupancy.

Respondents must submit an Offer per Site. Respondents may submit an Offer for a single Site. Western Australia Police Force will accept Offers per Site based on its Value for Money assessment

Refer to Schedule 2 for the full specifications (including all Annexures).

Site Inspections:

A non-mandatory site inspection has been scheduled to allow Respondents to inspect the existing site and to measure the gate location in order to provide accurate quotes. These site inspections may only be conducted on:

Narembeen Police Station

Coolgardie Police Station

• Date:          Wednesday, 22nd April 2026
• Time:         1:00PM Western Australia
• Location:    61 Sylvester St, Coolgardie WA 6429

If, at any point during or after the Respondent’s inspection, they require clarification on the Request Requirements, they are to email them to the named Contact in 1.6 Contact Person only. Site Personnel are unable to provide direction in relation to this Request.
