Scope

The consultant shall provide Level 2 electrical design documentation for internal electrical works, including but not limited to:

• Review of relevant architectural and site plans provided by Council
• Internal switchboard layouts, circuiting and load assessments
• Coordination of electrical requirements for fire and life safety systems (where applicable)
• Allowance for internal communications and ancillary services coordination (where applicable)
• All dwellings including cabins, reception, existing amenities, new amenities, workshop, car wash and k-hubs

Deliverables

• Level 2 electrical design drawings suitable for construction
• Electrical layouts, schematics and schedules
• Supporting design calculations

Standards and Coordination

• All works are to comply with relevant Australian Standards, NCC requirements and applicable authority guidelines
• Coordination with Council and other consultants as required

Additional information

• Level 3 design includes a 1500kVA pad mount transformer to suit the current plans future development of the Caravan Park

Exclusions

• External electrical design
• Construction supervision, shop drawings and as-built documentation
• Internal road lighting will be solar
