Tender Description
Clarence Valley Council is seeking offers from suitably skilled and experienced entities able to operate and manage the Yamba Community Pool, Maclean Centenary Pool and Glenreagh Swimming Pool to maximise growth potential and optimise its return and value to Council, the community and the successful Contractor. Tenderers can choose and must specify if they are tendering for the management and operation of either:
- All three community pools, or
- Any two of the community pools, or
- One of the community pools only.
The Contract is scheduled to commence 1 August 2026, and a 3-year term is proposed, with option to extend up to a further 3 years at Council's discretion.
