Provision of Legal Services

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Provision of Legal Services to participating Councils on an as-required basis for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029 with provision for possible 2 x 12 month extension. Areas of Law include Major Transactions, Commercial Law, Property Law, Planning and Environment Law, Employment & Industrial Relations and Work Health and Safety Law, Government, Regulatory and Administrative Law, Litigation and Inquiries, Debt Recovery, and Banking, Finance and Taxation Law.

PARTICIPATING COUNCILS: This process is being facilitated on behalf of Dungog Shire, Maitland City, MidCoast, Port Stephens, Singleton, and Upper Hunter Shire Councils.
