Lockyer Electorate Office Relocation

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tenders to carry out a fit-out for the Lockyer Electorate Office, located at 15 William Street, Gatton, and requires the certified design and construction of the electorate office.

The fit-out includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, auto-door installation and relocation of the office furniture, equipment & items.

This is a time critical project due to current lease expiry date of 31 August 2026. The functional fit-out must be completed on or before 26 August 2026, the relocation completed by 28 August 2026 and the make-good of the former office by 31 August 2026.

The mandatory Site Inspection has been arranged for 11.00am on Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 15 William Street, Gatton. Please submit the register your interest in attending the site inspection to FAS.tenders@parliament.qld.gov.au.
