Provision of Pipe Relining and Relaying Works

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to establish a panel arrangement for the provision of Pipe Relining and Relaying Works (Sewer, Stormwater and Watermains). The intention is to engage a Panel of Contractors under a Standing Offer arrangement to ensure an efficient and cost-effective outcome that enables the Council’s requirements to be serviced when the need arises, and competitive pricing can be achieved using the Schedule of Rates.

 A pre-tender briefing will be held on Microsoft Teams at 10:00am (AEST) Thursday 23rd April 2026. Attendance at this briefing is not a mandatory requirement of participation.
