Construction of Northern Arm Trunk Main Stage 1

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for 2024.076 Construction of the Northern Arm Trunk Main (NATM) Stage 1.

The scope of the Request for Tender includes all labour, machinery, equipment to carry out supply, installation and commissioning of approximately 6.5km of 750mm diameter Northern Arm Trunk Main along Burrawan Forest Drive at Lake Innes, NSW.

Council has purchased some long lead-time items for delivery of the project to help reduce construction delays. Refer to the Schedule of Principal Supplied Items for details.

A mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held at Council offices (17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie) on Thursday 30 April 2026 1:00pm (AEST) to understand the requirements and respond to initial questions. Further site inspections can be arranged by request.

The Potential Tenderer may be accompanied by subcontractors, designers, and others at the tender briefing. However, the Potential Tenderer must advise Tim Veness (PMHC Contact - Project Manager) of the number and names of attendees via email tim.veness@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 4:00pm Monday 27 April 2026.
