DEM is seeking costed proposals to upgrade its property in Coober Pedy to provide suitable office accommodation for its Opal Regulation Team. The property contains existing modular buildings including office, accommodation and kitchen/toilet facilities, surrounded with in situ verandas and carports. The site has been largely unused for an extended period of time.
