Tender Description
Bowen Flexible School invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the construction of new school facilities.
The proposed works consist of:
• Four General Learning Areas,
• Canteen Kitchen, Store and Laundry
• Lunch Covered Area
• Amenities, Cleaners Room, Server Room
• Maintenance Store
Tenders anticipated to be invited May 2026. Provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
