Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Defence is seeking a contractor to deliver the construction of a new Fire and Emergency Services Building (Fire Station) at the Albury Wodonga Military Area, replacing the existing firefighting component.

Purpose

The facility is intended to support the ongoing safe operation of a Major Hazard Facility operated under a Government Owned, Contractor Operated arrangement.
