⁠⁠⁠Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland (RMHC SEQ) is seeking to engage a suitable and qualified security service providers to deliver overnight onsite security services across its Herston and South Brisbane Houses.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

RMHC Houses provide accommodation and support to families of seriously ill or injured children. These are sensitive, trauma-informed environments, and security services must prioritise safety while demonstrating empathy, discretion and professionalism.

GOODS AND SERVICES REQUIRED

• Provision of licensed security services
• Deployment of Level 4 Security Officers (Security Services Industry Award 2020)
• Overnight static guarding services
• After-hours access control, monitoring and incident response
• Limited administrative support such as assisting with late check-ins and guest movements

EXPECTED TIMING

• Services required on an ongoing basis, subject to operational demand
• Typical overnight coverage between 9:45pm and 7:15am, 7 days per week

LOCATION OF DELIVERY

• RMHC South Brisbane House – 283 Vulture Street, South Brisbane QLD
• RMHC Herston House – 22 Garrick Terrace, Herston QLD
• Remote service delivery is not applicable.
