1. Summary of Construction Services - Type: Demolition of Existing Building and Construction of New Building - Gross Floor Area: approx. 3,031 sqm / Site Area: approx. 10,990 sqm - Contract Duration: 30 months from the effective date
2. Minimum Qualification Requirements The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least one (1) similar construction project with a single contract value of AUD 25,000,000 within the last five (5) years prior to the tender announcement date.
3. How to Participate (Submission of EOI) To participate in this tender, interested parties are required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and a signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by June 16, 2026, 15:00 (AEST) via e-mail.
