** Security-related works, including but not limited to CCTV system, anti-eavesdropping systems, intrusion detection system, access control & screening, power backup, security glazing, monitoring system are EXCLUDED from the scope of this Tender.

Stage 1 (Expression of Interest, EOI): All EOI documents must be submitted via email to Jokkim12@mofa.go.kr no later than April 17, 2026, 15:00 (AEST).
Stage 2 (Final Tender): Only the short-listed tenderers invited from the EOI stage will proceed. The Final Tender must be submitted by Hardcopy ONLY to the Embassy no later than May 28, 2026, 11:00 (AEST).
