Enterprise Architecture & BPMN Platform

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to source a SaaS Enterprise Architecture (EA) platform that provides a single, connected repository spanning Strategy, Business, Process, Application, Data and Technology architecture, and enables end-to-end traceability and impact analysis across these domains. The platform must be user-friendly and no-code, supporting the democratised capture and ongoing maintenance of architecture knowledge by non-architecture SMEs (e.g., application owners, data stewards, platform engineers, process owners and business analysts) through guided forms, role-based experiences and governance workflows. The solution must also support BPMN-based business process modelling and integrate with other enterprise systems via open REST APIs, while providing secure access controls, auditability and fit-for-purpose reporting to support architecture governance and decision-making.

Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a quote to the Council by the deadline. Responsibility for lodgement of completed RFT documents by the deadline lies solely with the Supplier. RFT lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted. All enquiries relating to this RFT must be directed to the nominated Council representative, Shiv Sahgal, via the online forums.
