Expression of Interest Volunteer Expo

⁠⁠⁠The Volunteer Expo is a community event showcasing local volunteering opportunities across the Bega Valley. It provides community groups with a platform to promote their work, connect with residents and recruit new volunteers, while also celebrating the significant contribution volunteers make to our region.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from local not-for-profit organisations and community groups who would like to participate as stallholders.

• Where: Oaklands Events Centre, Pambula
• When: Saturday 16 May 2026
• Time: 10am to 1:30pm
• Cost: Free

Due to limited stall numbers, we aim to curate a diverse range of organisations to ensure a broad representation of volunteering opportunities. Submission of this form does not guarantee a stall. All registrations will be reviewed, and successful organisations will be notified by 1 May 2026.

Exhibitor/stallholder information

• Stallholders will have access for setup from 9am
• Open to public 10am to 1.30pm
• Pack down from 1.30pm to 2pm
• Each stallholder will be provided with one indoor table and two chairs
• Stallholders are encouraged to actively engage with attendees to maximise volunteer recruitment opportunities.
