HVAC Services – Bell Bay Aluminium

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Work

The Contractor may be required to provide HVAC services on an as-directed basis, including the supply of labour, supervision, materials, plant and equipment as required.

These services include the installation, replacement, modification and decommissioning of HVAC systems, along with the delivery of planned preventative and corrective maintenance activities. The scope also covers breakdown response, fault diagnosis and rectification, as well as emergency call‑out services, including after‑hours, weekend and public holiday responses, where required and as directed by BBA. In addition, the capability to supply spare parts and consumables for planned, reactive and emergency works is provided, together with minor upgrades, refurbishments and sustaining capital works. Services extend to system cleaning, inspection and remediation, testing, commissioning, balancing and optimisation of HVAC systems, and the effective coordination of works with BBA operations, maintenance and engineering stakeholders.

The scope includes a broad range of HVAC systems and equipment such as air handling units, split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems, packaged and rooftop units, and exhaust, make-up air and general ventilation systems. It also covers industrial and process ventilation systems, cooling towers and other heat rejection systems, as well as refrigerated and desiccant air-drying systems. In addition, all associated infrastructure is included, such as ductwork, pipework, insulation, control systems and interfaces with building management systems.

 As this is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only, the specifics of the package of work relating to breadth of scope, location and timing may be subject to change. If successful, the Supplier/s will be notified of any changes prior to award.
