Scope:

The Roebuck Primary School is located on the corner of Sanderling Drive and Spoonbill Avenue has 200 students — during recess and lunch breaks. In addition to recreational use, the courts are intended to be a key venue for structured physical education lessons and special events, including interschool competitions. Over time, the courts have significantly deteriorated. The surface is uneven, with visible holes and patches, and faded line markings. An obsolete tennis net post and its concrete footing remain on-site, creating an additional tripping hazard. The courts become dangerously slippery with even light rainfall, rendering them unusable in wet conditions.
