The City of Mitcham (“Council”) invites tenders for the provision of Roof Safety Access Systems Works and associated services.
The scope of work entails the inspection, assessment, reporting, supply, installation to appropriate NCC standards, and certification of roof safety access systems at nominated Council-owned buildings.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Fixed ladders
- Ladder brackets
- Guardrails
- Roof access hatches
- Walkways and platforms
- Static lines and anchor points
- Safe access routes (vertical and horizontal)
- Signage, labelling and compliance documentation
