Expression of Interest (EOI) seeking aviation specialist Service Providers to inform a future Aviation Command Operating Model Review for the NSW Police Force (NSWPF).
Project goals
The goal of this Expression of Interest is to identify aviation specialist Service Providers with relevant capability and experience to inform a potential future procurement process.
Scope
This EOI is intended to assess market capability and inform NSWPF’s understanding of the availability, suitability and breadth of aviation specialist services relevant to an Aviation Command Operating Model Review.
NSWPF is seeking information from Service Providers with demonstrated expertise in specialist aviation environments who can offer independent, objective and evidence‑based advisory capability.
Relevant experience may include, but is not limited to:
- Aviation operating model and capability reviews
- Emergency services, government or defence aviation operations
- Aviation governance, safety and regulatory compliance (including CASA)
- Workforce sustainability and aviation training models
- Fleet, engineering, maintenance and airworthiness considerations
- Operational efficiency, tasking performance and capacity analysis
This EOI does not seek detailed methodologies or binding proposals, nor does it involve the procurement of services at this stage. Information provided by Respondents will be used to assess suitability for potential participation in a future procurement activity (subject to NSWPF approval and funding), and to inform indicative scope, delivery considerations and high-level pricing expectations.
