Supply of Replacement Cardio Gym Equipment at LeisureFit Booragoon

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the supply or lease of high quality, commercial grade gym equipment for its LeisureFit Booragoon Gym, 521 Marmion Street, Booragoon WA 6154. This procurement supports the City s commitment to providing modern, safe, and reliable fitness equipment for community use.

The City is considering two potential procurement options:

Option 1 Outright Purchase:

Supply of equipment on a purchase basis, with an additional three (3) x 12-month extension options for ongoing support and servicing if required.

Option 2 Lease Arrangement:

A full-service lease model for a four-year term, inclusive of equipment supply, servicing, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

In addition, the City requires the trade in, removal, and/or disposal of existing gym equipment to facilitate efficient transition and asset management.

Respondents may submit proposals for one or both options. The City will assess each submission and determine which option provides the most advantageous outcome.
