Technical and Staging Services for Major Events & Festivals

⁠⁠⁠The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites tenders for the carrying out of Technical and Staging Services in accordance with this Request for Tender.

The City's Major Events and Festivals team delivers a diverse portfolio of events throughout the year and is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced organisations (Service Providers) to provide Technical and Staging Services in support of these events.

This Request for Tender is divided into 5 parts.

Part 1 - Audio and Backline

Part 2 - Lighting (including vision)

Part 3 - Structures and Staging

Part 4 - Mobile Stages

Part 5 - Front of Stage Barriers

Tender Briefing

A virtual online tender briefing will be held at 1pm on, Tuesday 14 April 2026

Any tenderer wishing to attend the briefing session must register their interest with the City's Contact Person by 5pm on, Friday 10 April, 2026
