Provision of Plant and Equipment Hire

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Provision of Plant and Equipment Hire and services including Service Locating and Concrete and Asphalt Cutting to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 with provision for 3 x 12 month option as stated in the Deed Particulars (page 2) of the Standing Offer Deed.

PARTICIPATING COUNCILS: This process is being facilitated on behalf of Dungog Shire Council, Maitland City Council and Singleton Council.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 28 April 2026.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via etender portal.

PRE-TENDER MEETINGS: There will be two (2) non-compulsory pre-tender meetings. Tenderers need only attend one as the information provided will be the same for both meetings.

1. The first non-compulsory pre-tender meeting with be held on Tuesday, 14 April 2026 at 11am in Dungog.

2. The second non-compulsory pre-tender meeting with be held on Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 10am via Teams.

To receive the address or Teams link, Tenderers must register their attendance by 3pm on the day prior to the meeting they intend to join by sending an email to Claire Roche at clairer@regpro.com.au with their first and last name, phone number and company name.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
