Kojonup Saleyards - Expression of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are called for the purchase and removal of Saleyard Steel Infrastructure

The Shire of Kojonup (the Shire) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the purchase and complete removal of the steel yard infrastructure at the Kojonup Saleyards.

The Shire is offering for purchase the steel yard infrastructure at the Kojonup Saleyards, including but not limited to:

• Steel yard panels, gates, races, and loading facilities
• Crush equipment and drafting infrastructure
• Steel posts, rails, and associated structural steelwork
• Any other steel infrastructure forming part of the saleyard facility

Interested parties should inspect the site prior to submitting an EOI to satisfy themselves as to the nature, condition, quantity, and extent of the infrastructure on offer.

Expressions of Interest must be marked ‘Strictly Confidential - Expression of Interest – Kojonup Saleyards Infrastructure. and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Kojonup, 93‑95 Albany Highway, KOJONUP WA 6395 or as per the Information Package (Found on website).

The Shire of Kojonup reserves the right to not accept the highest or any Expression of Interest.
