Tender Description
Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced commercial builder for the construction of the new Diamond Creek Mens Shed located at 53 Challenger St, Diamond Creek VIC 3089.
Diamond Creek Mens Shed is an aged facility with some elements not being fit for purpose. The project will demolish the old social room and provide a new building with social space, kitchen, amenities, storerooms and accessible parking. The existing outdoor covered area and workshop will remain as they are.
The upgrade works have been architecturally designed with construction plans, specifications and other associated documentation included in this tender.
