Provision of a Child Cerebral Palsy Referral and Administration System Connect-CP
Tender ID: 610000
Tender Details
Tender Description
Cerebral Palsy (CP) is the most common cause of childhood physical disability, affecting around 1 in 700 Australian births. Early diagnosis is critical to enable timely intervention, improve outcomes for children, and support family wellbeing; however, many children are diagnosed too late.
CONNECT-CP is a state-wide initiative led by Kids Rehab WA (CAHS), in collaboration with The Kids Research Institute and Curtin University, to enable earlier diagnosis of CP and faster access to assessment and support across Western Australia. The project requires a secure, end-to-end digital platform to support clinical workflows, including patient registration and consent, scheduling, secure video capture and storage, remote assessment, scoring, and case management, with capacity for future integration with hospital Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Through this Request, CAHS is seeking solution, preferably delivered via a Software and Infrastructure as a Service (SaaS + IaaS) model, to implement and sustain the CONNECT-CP digital platform and embed early diagnosis into routine clinical practice statewide.
