The Department of Finance requires specialist services to support enterprise-level data architecture capability.
Finance operates within a complex information environment and requires clear, consistent and governable data architecture to support trusted reporting, analytics and decision-making.
Finance is seeking to procure a suitably experienced Enterprise Data Architect to provide strategic data architecture direction, standards and assurance.
Finance requires the following services (but not limited to):
- Defining and maintaining enterprise-wide data architecture intent and target states
- Establishing data architecture principles, standards and reference patterns
- Providing architecture assurance and advice across initiatives and platforms, including targeted hands‑on data architecture contributions where this is necessary to support effective delivery outcomes
- Supporting consistent interpretation, governance and reuse of data
- Advising senior stakeholders on data architecture risks, issues and trade-offs
