The Lead Application Architect provides critical technical and architectural leadership across digital initiatives supported by the Digital Business Division. The role ensures systems and solutions are designed in a consistent, secure, and sustainable way, aligned to departmental strategy and enterprise architecture. Without this role, there is an increased risk of fragmented solutions, duplication of capability, and reduced assurance over long‑term cost, risk, and integration impacts.
