Reconciliation Governance & Data Software Request for Proposal

⁠⁠⁠Procurement of a Software As A Service including software implementation, host and support to provide a holistic and structured approach to financial account reconciliations management for TfNSW.

Project goals

This RFP relates to the procurement of a Software and to provide design, supply, build, implement, deploy, integrate, test, host, make available, support and maintain the Software as a Service to provide a holistic and structured approach to financial account reconciliations management for TfNSW and across the Transport portfolio agencies.

TfNSW is seeking a supplier to implement software that involves design, supply, build, implementation, deploy, integrate, test, host, train users and provide ongoing Licenses, support, and maintenance to implement software.

Scope

Automate processes for preparing, reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations as set out in the functional requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW) under the specification section below:

• reconciliations on Controlled Accounts and Zero Balance Accounts,
• reconciliation preparation (for instance: automatic extraction of the closing balance, etc.),
• approval and task management for all balance sheet accounts,
• administrative tasks and manual intervention (for instance, facilitating the daily reconciliation and clearing of banking GLs, manual investigation and commentary etc.).

Enabling application of systematic rules to reduce the frequency and number of reconciliation preparations, through GL account grouping and risk rating
