Lease of Commercial Floor Space - Town Hall Coffee Shop

⁠⁠⁠Glen Innes Severn Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced operators for the lease of the Town Hall Coffee Shop, located at 269 Grey Street, Glen Innes, directly opposite the Town Square in the Glen Innes CBD.

This Expression of Interest process seeks to identify a suitable operator to lease and operate the premises as a coffee shop or similar food and beverage business, in line with Council requirements.

Documentation

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria.

Applicants are required to lodge a written Expression of Interest addressing all requirements outlined in the documentation, including business capability, experience, proposed use and pricing.

Expressions of Interest must be lodged by 4.30pm on Monday, 4 May 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
