Provision of Training Services - PTA Respectful Workplace Program Mandatory Training

⁠⁠⁠The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a provider to deliver customised training that supports a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.

Work Requirements

• Staff Workshops: Half?day, face?to?face sessions (up to 50 participants) using actors and PTA?specific scenarios.
• Manager Workshops: Full?day sessions (approx. 20 participants) focused on managing unacceptable behaviour and strengthening leadership capability.

Program Outcomes

• Enhanced respectful workplace culture
• Improved leadership skills in addressing behaviour issues
• Reduced risk of bullying, harassment, and related grievances

The provider will design all training materials and deliver engaging, practical content tailored to PTA needs.
