The primary objectives of the project are to ensure occupant safety, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset sustainability, while restoring the facility to a condition suitable for ongoing community use. The Town is seeking to engage suitably qualified consultants to provide design services and superintendent services to support the planning, documentation, and delivery of the required works. These services will assist the Town in developing construction ready documentation and administering the construction contract to achieve a compliant and efficient project outcome.
