Tender Description
The specialist roof report has identified the following:
- Block 1, Internal coated membrane gutter, Skylight dome and AC mounts: Poor condition and require replacement.
- Block 5, Cliplock roof and gutter: Needs major repairs but it is more cost effective to replace.
- Block 6, Clearlite: Lacks safety mesh, not cost effective to uplift and install the safety mesh and requires replacement with new safety mesh
- Block 8, Old box gutters: Poor condition and require replacement.
NB: AC Mount is the existing boiler existing insulated piping support
Update received from the Issuer on 05/05/2026 advising that change the description only no change in status
