Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tender to construct up to 44 dwellings across 5 towns. DevelopmentWA is looking to contract with modular builders to deliver up to 44 dwellings across 33 lots, a price per package is requested you may be awarded 1 or more packages. A standard 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom schematic drawing will be supplied in the next two weeks. Each package will be contracted on a Design and Construction basis using AS4902 (Amended) see attachment 2.7 X 3X2s and 24 X 4x2s and 13 1X1s across two group housing lots.

The tender is open for 6 weeks so prospective tenderers can familiarise with the location and availability of trades in each location. DevelopmentWA own all 33 lots. The intention is to contract this financial year and and complete dwellings prior to next financial year.
