TechCentral Sustainment Works Head Contractor

⁠⁠⁠Renewal SA is seeking a Head Contractor for the delivery of the TechCentral combined services and building upgrade works at Lot Fourteen.

The scope of works to be delivered by the Head Contractor includes:

• Electrification of the TechCentral Building

• Fire Stair Upgrades

• Base building services and roof upgrades

• Modernisation of the Lecture Theatre

• Internal cosmetic upgrades to Ground and Level 2

• DDA access improvements to the eastern entrance of the building

• Pending budgets; New end of trip facilities

Please note a MANDATORY online briefing is required of all proponents who wish to submit a proposal.

The online briefing will be held on Wednesday 15 April 2026 from 10:00am - 11:00am (ACDT)
