SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of design services for Avalon Place Plan Streets as Shared Spaces and Streetscapes Upgrades. The tender calls for a Landscape Architecture Led Design Consultant to select, coordinate, lead and proactively manage an in-house team and/or sub-consultants through the design and construction phase of the project.

The scope of the Design Services for Manly Place Plan Market Lane includes for the engagement of a team to prepare a design that achieves the outcomes identified in the adopted Manly Place Plan.
