Protection Officer Pre Assessment Services

⁠⁠⁠Transport for NSW is undertaking a Market Sounding exercise in relation to the provision of Protection Officer Pre-assessment services for Sydney Trains

Project goals

Through this market sounding, Sydney Trains is seeking information from suppliers with demonstrated capability in delivering assessment services for safety-critical roles, including:

1. Assessment Capability: Experience in designing and delivering structured assessment centres, behavioural based assessments and candidate evaluations for safety-critical or regulated roles.

2. Assessment Methodology and Tools: Use of scenario-based assessment activities, behavioural or psychometric tools, and robust assessor frameworks to ensure consistency, fairness and assessment integrity.
