SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the design and construction/fitout based on the Campbelltown Arts Centre (CAC) concept plan, ensuring:

• Fit-for-purpose layout for exhibitions, workshops, performances, and staff operations.
• Compliance with (national construction code) NCC, Australian Standards, Disability Discrimination Act, and Council's design requirements.
• Integration of gallery-grade lighting, audio visual (AV) infrastructure, acoustic treatment, modular furniture layouts, retail shelving, and staff facilities.
• Completion of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, security, ICT, and acoustic design.
• Assessment of constructability, value engineering, and full coordination across disciplines.
• The space needs to reflect the materiality, look and feel of Level 1 and 2
