Entry Exit Gates Replacement Works - Jandakot Air Wing

⁠⁠⁠The Western Australia Police Force (The Customer) is seeking offers for the replacement of the entry and exit gates at its Jandakot Fixed Wing Facility as described in this Request.

This Request contains a mandatory site briefing.

An Addendum containing Annexure C – Drawings will be issued to all Contractors that have met the above conditions only.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 31 Mustang Road, WA Police Force Air Wing, Jandakot, 6164 on 9 Apr, 2026 1:00 PM.

A mandatory site briefing to Respondents will be conducted on:

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 2:00PM, Western Australia Wednesday, 8th April 2026 by contacting Penny Robinson on 08 9222 1628 or penny.robinson@police.wa.gov.au.

Failure to attend the mandatory site briefing will result in a non-compliant submission. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that they have made themselves known to WA Police Force Representative and a company representative has signed the mandatory sign in sheet as a record of attendance.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
