Mid-Western Regional Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for inclusion on Council’s Trade Services Panel.
Council requires the provision of a broad range of trade services, as outlined in Section 3 Specifications - Categories section Part A. & B The Tender Invitation, to support operations across the Mid-Western Regional Local Government Area for the duration of the Panel Term.
The Trade Services Panel will operate as a preferred order panel arrangement. This model has historically delivered best value for community funds by ensuring competitive pricing, service reliability, and timely response capability. Establishing this panel will enable Council to efficiently engage pre-qualified contractors under agreed schedule of rates, ensuring value for money, compliance, and effective service delivery.
Council is seeking submissions from experienced suppliers who can provide a Schedule of Rates for nominated trade categories and deliver services in accordance with Council’s operational requirements.
To participate in this tender respondents must have a local presence by way of shopfront and or depot located in the Mid-Western Local Government Area.
Respondents are to note that Part C. Draft Agreement and Draft Panel Deed will be uploaded as an addendum as soon as possible.
