ABOUT THE EOI

The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Request for Tender (RFT) for St Catherine's College Singleton, Science Lab Upgrade on the terms and conditions set out in this RFT.

In participating in the RFT process and in submitting an RFT, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this RFT.

The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
