• Sports & Recreation Parks
• Neighbourhood Parks
• Nature Parks
• Public Gardens
• Recreation Linkages
• Civic & streetscape
• Cultural Heritage Park
• V-drain spraying
• Public Toilets
• Community Housing (grounds and gardens) - General annual maintenance and tidying of grounds and gardens
• Play equipment – minor maintenance
• Litter (civic and streetscape
• Locking and unlocking gates
• Berm mowing
• Curb and channel spraying is included in the contract, with frequency requirements to be specified
• Cemetery burials
• operation and maintenance activities, with all maintenance records required to be captured and regularly updated
• Some reactive maintenance (as dayworks)
• After hours urgent and emergency works
