Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake the provision of a 24-hour Belmont Community Watch service throughout the City of Belmont as detailed in the specification and a Faulkner Park Precinct Officer service. The contract period is for initial three (3) years commencing 1 September 2026 with an option to extend for a further TWO (2) years at the sole discretion of the Principal.
