BACKGROUND
Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited (“NCL”) is inviting suppliers to tender to be on a panel of pre-qualified suppliers for the delivery of services to NCL (“Supplier Panel”).
The purpose of the Supplier Panel is to establish a panel of suppliers who may be engaged directly by NCL for the term of the Supplier Panel, without a need for separate quotes or tenders to first be obtained, in appropriate circumstances.
The term of the Supplier Panel will be 3 years.
NCL will consider responses from:
- any trade services;
- wet and dry hire suppliers;
- professional services suppliers;
- suppliers of goods that may be relevant to NCL, including stationery, cleaning products, and mechanical parts;
- suppliers of quarry products.
NCL may develop a general Supplier Panel containing all suppliers, or a specific supplier panel with suppliers only of a particular type, based on the responses received.
Without limiting anything in this Request for Tender, Tenderers acknowledge and agree that the Supplier Panel is a non-exclusive arrangement, and does not provide Tenderers with any guarantee or assurance of work even if their Tender is successful. Even if a Tenderer is successful and is appointed to be on the Supplier Panel, NCL:
(a) reserves the right to choose other suppliers on this Supplier Panel at any time.
(b) reserves the right to appoint additional suppliers to the Supplier Panel subsequent to this tender closing utilising the same evaluation criteria as contained in this tender.
(c) does not provide any guarantee, promise or undertaking (whether legal or equitable) that it will acquire any Services from a supplier during the Term of the Supplier Panel;
(d) is not precluded from acquiring services from other third parties at any time.
Tenders will be assessed by reference to the Conditions of Tendering in Section C of this Request for Tender.
Tenderers must complete and submit the Response Schedules contained in Section D of this Request for Tender.
If a Tenderer is successful, they acknowledge that any engagement of the Tenderer by NCL is pursuant to the Specification contained in Section E of this Request for Tender, and the Conditions of Contract contained in Section F of this Request for Tender.
To be considered, Tenders must be submitted by 4.00pm (ACST) Thursday 30 April 2026. Tenders submitted after this time may not be considered.
Tenders are to be lodged in accordance with Section B and Section C of this Request for Tender.
Canvassing of any NCL staff or Board Members will disqualify Tenderers from the Procurement Process.
