Supply & Delivery of 5 Person , Turn-key Portable Camp

⁠⁠⁠Quilpie Shire Council invites tenders from suitable qualified tenderers to supply & delivery a five-person turnkey-ready, fully mobile camp that meets the perimeters outlines in the response schedule document.

Specifications:

The organisations submitting quotations shall supply full specifications of the unit being offered; however, where conflicts exist between detailed specifications submitted and Councils document requirements, the Council documents shall take precedence unless specifically stated as non-compliance by the organisation submitting the quotation.

If the delivered unit does not meet the tendered specifications, council will consider liquidated damages claim.

Delivery

Delivery of the tendered unit shall be to the Quipie Shire Coucnil Depot, located 9 Anazac Drive, Quilpie QLD, 4480.

If delivery of this Unit is not on the date specified in this response, Council may consider liquidated damages claim i.e. unscheduled maintenance of the unit being replaced.
