Tender Description
Qualified building contractors are invited to submit EOIs for works at Grace Lutheran College, Rothwell Campus.
The project includes a four-storey STEM Facility, refurbishment of the adjacent building, associated landscaping, and external works. The works also includes the Grounds Facility featuring a gym, mezzanine staffroom, and temporary roadworks.
