(a) Deliver end-to-end travel booking, management, and support, including after-hours disruption handling.

(b) Ensure policy-compliant, cost-effective itineraries that minimise total cost of travel while meeting operational needs.

(c) Provide strong controls for approvals, reconciliation, and audit.

(d) Optimise use and recovery of travel credits, refunds, and waivers.

(e) Provide accurate, timely reporting, analytics, and insights

(f) Ensure traveller duty of care, cultural sensitivity, and accessibility.
